Asphalt Drum Mix Plant

In the asphalt drum mix plants, feeder bins are used to convey the flow of aggregate. Feeder drums are provided with adjustable calibrated gate openings. A vibration screen is used to monitor and remove excess material. The gearbox is provided for the regulation and control of the aggregate. Considering the need for operation, bins of different numbers can be supplied. To dry up the aggregate, a dryer drum is used to get the aggregate of desired moisture content. Steel rollers are there to support the drum.

The perfect design of the dryer unit helps the dryer to transfer complete heat to aggregates. It efficiently tends to lower the consumption of power. The dryer unit of the plant is also equipped with thrust wheels and trunion wheels. It also contains a treated sprocket for easy rotation of the drum and enhances productivity.

Heated aggregates are discharged on heat heat-resistant conveyor belt. The asphalt tanks are available with a capacity of 10MT-50MT for the stationary and mobile plants. Proper insulation of glass wool helps the asphalt tanks to retain the temperature. It is also equipped with high-quality accessories like manholes and self-governing burners. Our asphalt drum mix plant contains an insulated cabin, equipped with an electronic control panel board to control entire operations efficiently.
